Contest Rules
1. Trade A Favor, Inc. and its sponsor (henceforth referred to collectively as "TAF") may, at their sole discretion, disqualify any entry for any reason, including but not limited to favors or trades that are deemed to (a) violate the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Trade A Favor Web site, (b) violate the spirit of the contest, (c) suggest bad faith or malicious intent, or (d) be in poor taste or disrespectful.
2. All completed trades (or favors used in completed trades) will automatically be considered for prizes in all three categories. TAF may contact you for additional information regarding your entries in an effort to ensure contest integrity.
3. You may opt out of the contest at any time by contacting us.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with a distributed prize are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize.
6. All decisions by TAF are final.
6. No exceptions will be made for any entries under any circumstances (including but not limited to loss of data, misunderstanding of contest rules, or unresponsiveness of trading partner). TAF shall bear no responsibility for data integrity, but shall make every effort to consider all completed trades that are registered in its database at the close of the contest.
7. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes will be provided "as is", and TAF make no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding the prizes, including but not limited to their condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Notwithstanding, TAF shall make every effort to provide the prizes in good condition as though sold from sponsor's own Web site.
8. Gift certificates are guaranteed to be valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance.
9. Should the intended prize be unavailable for any reason, TAF, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute any prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
10. TAF reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, postpone or terminate the contest at any time as may be necessary.
11. By participating in this contest you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Trade A Favor Web site, which are incorporated in these Contest Rules by reference, including but not limited to Section 17 concerning Venue and Jurisdiction, which terms are hereby considered to govern these Contest Rules.
